Visit the Penguins at SAPREC Mossel Bay
Looking for a meaningful and memorable outing this holiday? Visit SAPREC Seabird and Penguin Rehabilitation Centre in Mossdustria, Mossel Bay. This rehabilitation centre is a non-profit dedicated to rescuing and rehabilitating seabirds, including the endangered African Penguin. With only about 14,000 African Penguins left in the world, every visit helps support the urgent work being done to protect this iconic species.
SAPREC serves the entire coastline from Still Bay to Sedgefield, relying on locals, visitors and rangers to report and bring in sick or stranded seabirds. By visiting, you directly contribute to their conservation efforts.
